My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The spacious room provided a lovely ocean view without any distractions. The cleanliness was exceptional, making my return to a tidy room a fantastic experience. However, the service was friendly but lacked some helpfulness at times.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, but lacked some essentials like an electrical outlet by the bed side and better cleaning services. The noise from the sliding door to the terrace was a bother, and the heavy red stains on the floor made me cautious with my kids. On the bright side, the rooms had adequate wardrobe space, a safe, and a fridge with complimentary water and drinks. The ocean view from the room was a nice touch.
Upon arrival, the rooms were comfortable and had a unique fitting of the setting. However, there were some urgent needs like an electrical outlet by the bedside, a kettle or coffee maker in the room, and better cleaning services. The hotel is ideally located with lovely ocean views and just a 10-minute walk to the downtown area and harbor. The dining experience was good overall, particularly with an excellent breakfast spread. The service was exceptional from renting cars to interactions with the staff in various areas.
